摘要
现有的产品功能可用性研究仅为提升具体功能的可用性,忽视了用户对产品功能可用性的偏好问题。为解决该问题,首次提出了基于偏最小二乘回归的产品功能可用性评价方法。在常用可用性分析方法基础上,对细分市场产品整体满意度和功能可用性进行偏最小二乘回归。结合功能可用性评价矩阵分析产品功能改进方向。最后,通过手机实例进行了方法的演示,验证该方法是产品功能可用性分析的有效方法。
Traditional product feature usability analysis methods aim to improve features＇ usability without considering customers＇ feature usability preference,a product feature usability evaluation method through partial square regression was raised.Based on the traditional usability measurement method,products＇ overall satisfaction and feature usability of one market segment could be calculated,and then the relationship could be well analyzed using partial square regression.As a result,improvement direction of feature usability can be caught by usability evaluation matrix.At the end,a case on mobile phone is provided to testify the feature usability evaluation approach.
