摘要
北京协和医学院作为中国现代医学科学的发源地之一,自建校以来在长期的教育、科研和医疗实践过程中形成了以科学育人观为指导思想的人才培养模式,造就了医学界众多领军人物。科学育人观是协和文化传统的重要组成部分,深入总结、研讨这一优良传统,对于未来中国高素质医学人才培养具有重要指导意义。
In the long process of education,research and medical practice,Peking Union Medical College（PUMC） has formed its own distinguished model of talent cultivation.Emphasis on views of scientific cultivation is an important part of the tradition of PUMC,which should be summarized and studied thoroughly in order to direct the advancement of Chinese medical education.
