New Strategy on the Research of Dendritic Cell-based Tumor Vaccine

摘要 以DC细胞为基础的肿瘤疫苗已经被广泛应用于恶性肿瘤治疗,但是大多数DC疫苗的临床疗效欠佳。通过对抗原呈递和免疫应答机制的深入研究,我们找到了改进DC疫苗的可能。文章阐述了正性免疫调节因素Toll样受体、肿瘤坏死因子受体和细胞因子受体信号通路在活化先天性免疫和获得性免疫中的作用,和负性调节因素抗原呈递衰减子,如SOCS1和A20,在免疫负调控机制的研究。对这些免疫调节因素的联合干预,可以打破自身免疫耐受,增强肿瘤抗原特异性的免疫反应,为DC疫苗的开发提供一种新的策略。
