摘要
目的考察强光照射试验、加速试验和长期试验条件下维生素B6氯化钠注射液在多层共挤膜输液袋中的稳定性,为维生素B6氯化钠注射液优选包装提供依据。方法分别采用非PVC五层共挤输液用膜制备成多层共挤膜输液袋、多层共挤膜输液袋套外袋充氮和多层共挤膜输液袋套外袋充氮并加吸氧剂3种包装条件,置强光照射,加速试验和长期试验条件下,按规定时间取样检查测定。结果与另外两种包装条件相比,多层共挤膜输液袋套外袋充氮并加吸氧剂包装条件下的维生素B6氯化钠注射液稳定性较好。结论多层共挤膜输液袋套外袋充氮并加吸氧剂包装条件可以有效地保持维生素B6氯化钠注射液的稳定。
Objective To investigate the stability of vitamin B6 sodium chloride injection in multilayer copolymerized compound membrane infusion packages under illumination,accelerating tests and long-term tests,in order to select the best packages.Methods Three packages were made by 5 layers non-PVC membrane for injection,including multilayer copolymerized compound membrane infusion packages,multilayer copolymerized compound membrane infusion packages filled with nitrogen and multilayer copolymerized compound membrane infusion packages filled with nitrogen and with oxygen absorbent added.Samples in these packages were examinated on the condition of illumination,accelerating tests and long-term tests as scheduled.Results Vitamin B6 sodium chloride injection in the third type of package was more stable than in the other two packages.Conclusion Multilayer copolymerized compound membrane infusion packages filled with nitrogen and with oxygen absorbent added can keep vitamin B6 sodium chloride injection stable effectively.
