摘要
目的了解县级医院绩效与医务人员生命质量之间的关系。方法采用随机抽样方法,应用世界卫生组织生命质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对咸宁市8家医院的331名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果县级医院医务人员在生理、心理、环境领域和总体健康状况方面得分低于常模,差异有显著性(t=8.15,P<0.001;t=7.46,P<0.001;t=3.56,P<0.001;t=5.61,P<0.001);医院绩效和生命质量之间存在相关关系。结论有必要采取措施提高医务人员的生命质量,从而提高县级医院绩效。
Objective To explore the relationship between quality of life in doctors and nurses and hospital performance in country. Methods Through using random sampling and WHOQOL-BREF, questionnaire survey is done to 331 doctors and nurses in 8 country hospitals in Xianning City. Results There are significant differences in physiology, psychology, the environment and the overall health score between doctors and nurses(t=8.15, P〈0.001 ; t=7.46, P〈0.001 ; t=3.56, P〈0.001 ; t=5.61, P〈0.001). There is correlation between country hospital performance and quality of life. Conclusion It is necessary to take measures to improve the life quality of the staff for county hospital performance improvement.
