遵义市创建服务型党组织,以服务基层、服务群众、服务发展为创建主题,以提升服务功能、提升服务能力、提升民主水平、提升工作水平、提升满意程度为目标,着力构建上级党组织服务下级党组织的工作体系、党组织服务党员的工作体系、党组织和党员共同服务群众的工作体系、城乡党建一体化的工作体系、党组织和广大党员干部共同服务科学发展的工作体系。
