摘要
[目的]了解医疗机构法定传染病疫情报告质量,为进一步改善工作质量提供依据。[方法]2008年12月对福鼎市3所市级医疗机构、16所乡镇医疗机构的法定传染病报告工作质量进行调查。[结果]2008年1～11月,各级医疗机构合计发现各种传染病494例,漏报62例,漏报率为12.57%,市级、乡镇级医疗机构的漏报率分别为8.00%、14.53%（P〈0.05）;报告及时率为94.44%,市级、乡镇级机构分别为98.55%、88.44%（P〈0.01）。传染病报告卡填写完整率为95.09%,市级、乡镇级机构分别为100.00%、92.77%（P〈0.01）;报告卡填写准确率为99.79%,市级、乡镇级机构分别为100.00%、99.69%（P〉0.05）。[结论]福鼎市医疗机构传染病报告质量较好,乡镇级医疗机构漏报率较高、及时率较低。
[Objective]To understand the reporting quality of notifiable infectious diseases in medical institutions,provide basis for the improvement of reporting quality.[Methods]Investigation was conducted on the reporting quality of notifiable infectious diseases reported from 3 and 16 medical institutions at municipal and township levels of Fuding city in December,2008.[Results]Total of 494 cases with infectious diseases were reported from medical institutions at all levels from January to November of 2008,and 62 cases were failed to report with a missing rate of 12.57%.The missing rate was 8.00% and 14.53% in medical institutions at municipal and township levels respectively（P0.05）.The promptness rate of report was 94.44%,it was 98.55% and 88.44% in medical institutions at municipal and township levels（P0.01）.The completion rate of filling the report cards was 95.09%,it was 100.00% and 92.77% in medical institutions at municipal and township levels（P0.01）.The accuracy rate of card-filling was 99.79%.It was 100.00% and 99.69% in medical institutions at municipal and township levels（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The reporting quality of infectious diseases was better in Fuding medical institutions.The missing rate was higher at township levels,and the promptness rate was lower.
