浅谈高血压治疗热点
摘要
为寻求适宜的高血压治疗策略，高血压临床研究已开展半个多世纪。随着降压治疗的益处越来越得到认识，目前开展的随机临床试验已不再讨论降压本身是否有益，而是讨论降低心血管危险的有效治疗策略；观察在降压之外，不同的降压药物是否对靶器官有额外的保护作用，以及降压到何种程度获益最大，
