摘要
研究复合酶制剂处理玉米秸秆对"海南和牛"血清生化指标的影响。对照组与试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂添加0.0、0.6、1.0和1.4 kg/t复合酶制剂青贮的玉米秸秆。结果表明:试验Ⅱ组血清总蛋白、球蛋白、白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶水平均高于对照组和其他试验组(P>0.05);而尿素氮含量低于对照组和其他试验组(P>0.05)。
This experiment was undertaken to investigate the effects of corn stalk with compound enzyme preparation on serum biochemical indexes of Hainan Japanese Cattle. Cattle were fed on corn stalk with 0 kg/t （control group）, 0.6 kg/t （group D 1. 0 kg/t （group II）, and 1.4 kg/t （group III） of compound enzyme preparation during the period of 30 days. The results showed that the total protein, globin, albumin, glutamic pyruvic transaminase, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase levels inserum of group Ⅱ were higher than those of group I, Ⅲ and control group; Urea nitrogen level was lower than those of group I,Ⅲ and control group （P〈0.05）.
