摘要
目的:探讨显微椎间盘镜(MED)结合等离子刀手术系统微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症的可行性、优越性、适应症及疗效。方法:选择87例腰椎间盘突出症患者行MED下髓核摘除,同时应用等离子刀对椎管内残余组织进行消融、皱缩,成形,术中显微椎间盘镜下观察,术后疗效评价。结果:87例患者均顺利完成此手术,术后3、12个月随访进行疗效评价,改良Macnnab治愈标准评估治疗效果。结论:显微椎间盘镜结合等离子刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症,手术操作安全,扩大了等离子刀的使用范围,提高了椎间盘镜下髓核摘除术的临床疗效。
Objective：To study the feasibility,superiority,indications and effection of radiofrequency coblation nucleoplasty on treatment of lubar disc herniation by Microendoscopic discectomy （MED）.Method：A total of 87 patients with the lumbar disc herniation were enclosed in the study.All were disposed with microendoscopic discectomy.after general MED surgery,treating the remnant with radiofrequency coblation nucleoplasty.Observing in the microscopic disc surgery evaluating the effection after the surgery.Result：The operation was completed smoothly in all the 87 patients.A follow-up was carried out in3,12 months,evaluating the effection according to the Nakai classification.Conclusion：The radiofrequency coblation nucleoplasty on treatment of lubar disc herniation by Microendoscopic discectomy have the surgery operational safety,expanded the scope of using radiofrequency coblation nucleoplasty,improved the clinical efficacy of MED.
