摘要
通过对４２８ 例医疗纠纷发生的原因进行了分析，总结出了目前医疗纠纷发展的新动态和相应的对策。并提出了以抓服务质量、医疗质量、基础质量为核心，共同提高认识，以减少医疗纠纷的发生。
This paper concludes the trend of medical trcatment dispute and the corresponding resolution countermcasure through analysing the reason of 428 dispute cases,and then holds the view of cmphasizng and raising the the service quality,medical quality and elements quality in order to reduce the occurrence rate of dispute.
