摘要
元代社会各种形式的非法人口买卖问题很严重,政府陆续针对性地制定法令和政策进行打击、控制和纠正。但民间社会多因各种原因对国家的法令政策进行对抗、规避、漠视和利用。总体来看,在政府和民间社会之间关于人口买卖的博弈格局中,仍是民间社会占据了优势。
Human trafficking turns so serious that governmental policies and countermeasures are constantly made in the Yuan dynasty.However,people manage to ignore,avoid and even manipulate the policies.It seems that governments are inferior in relation to the human trafficking.
