摘要
气缸套是内燃机中工作环境最为恶劣的零部件之一,磨损快且易产生拉缸现象。基于表面技术在气缸套上的应用现状,采用等离子喷涂技术在缸套内壁喷涂耐高温、耐磨损的陶瓷涂层来增强缸套的寿命。试验结果表明:等离子喷涂Al2O3/TiO2陶瓷气缸套耐磨性好,性价比高,非常值得在缸套行业进行推广应用。
The cyhuder liner is one of the gas engine accessories which works in abominable environment. It is subjected to extreme conditions (elevated temperature,high pressure and abrasion of to-and-fro piston,ere). Thus, the abrasion velocity is very rapid and draught cylinder often occurs. Our research team analysed status in quo of surface technology applied to the cylinder liner currendy. It is adopted to spray a kind of ceramic coating with resistance to elevated temperation and wear in cylinder liner with plasma spray. Test results showed that TiO3 / Al2O3 is the best.Plasma spraying ceramic liner TiO3 / Al2O3 meet good abrasion resistance and cost-effective. So it is extremely worth popularizing in cylinder industries.
