摘要
在历朝"殷鉴"思想的指导下,秦始皇残暴的形象逐渐形成,其中汉初和唐初是其残暴形象形成的关键时期。要想了解历史上秦始皇的本来面目,尚需把历朝为其涂上的糊纸层层撕开。睡虎地秦墓竹简的发现为后人了解秦始皇提供了第一手资料,其中的法律方面的简文多少打破了秦始皇严刑酷法的形象。
Under the guidance of the thought： lesson in the dynasties,Qinshihuang＇s image of the brutal emperor has been formed slowly.Han and Tang Dynasty are the crucial periods for formation of the image.To reveal the true face,we need to tear the paper which has pasted on Qinshihuang＇s face in dynasties.The discovery of bamboo slips of Shuihudi＇s tomb from Qin Dynasty provides the first information to research Qinshihuang.Legal aspects of bamboo break his brutal image.
