周恩来是伟大的马克思主义者和无产阶级革命家,是中国共产党和中华人民共和国的卓越领导人。建国初期,周恩来结合我国的国情,提出了许多民族教育的思想和主张,并创造性地制定和实行了一系列民族教育的方针和政策。
Zhou Enlai is a great Marxist and proletariate revolutionist.He is an excellent leader of the Chinese Communist Party and the People's Republic of China.In the beginning of the foundation of China,Zhou Enlai put forward many ideas and opinions about education of minorities on the basis of China's situation,and in a creative way established and carried out a series of guidelines and policies for education of minorities.
