摘要 [目的]研究蚯蚓堆肥前后进料和出料的主要农化性质的变化。[方法]蚯蚓堆肥处理不同比例的牛粪、药渣、污泥、枯枝落叶。[结果]pH趋于中性,EC增加;与进料相比,出料的全氮和速效氮含量(除30%牛粪+70%污泥处理外)表现出下降趋势;全磷和速效磷的含量均增加,增幅分别为0~101.8%,13.6%~57.2%;速效钾含量均增加,增幅为6.9%~33.7%;蚯蚓堆肥加快了有机物的分解,各处理有机质含量与进料相比都呈下降的趋势;整体上,30%牛粪+70%污泥和100%枯枝落叶2个处理的速效养分含量增加最多。蚯蚓堆制处理后,总体上各处理的细菌、放线菌、真菌数量均大于对照(100%牛粪)。[结论]经过蚯蚓堆肥处理后,整体上能使速效养分含量和微生物数量增加,其中30%牛粪+70%污泥和100%枯枝落叶的效果最好。 [Objective] The objective was to study the change of the main agriculture chemical characteristics between raw material and earthworm faces.[Method] Earthworm composted different ratio cattle manure,liquid,sludge and litter.[Result] The results showed that pH closed to 7 and the contents of EC all increased.But compared the raw material with earthworm faces,the contents of the total N and available N descended excepted the treatment of 30% cattle manure + 70% sludge.The total P increased by 0 to 101.8% and available phosphorus increased by 13.6%to 57.2%,the contents of available K increased by 6.9% to 33.7%.Earthworm composting accelerated the decomposition of organic matter.On the whole,the two treatments of 30% cattle manure +70% sludge and 100% litter increased the most contents of available nutrient.And the quantity of bacteria,actinomycetes and fungus were higher than those of the treatment of 100% cattle manure.[Conclusion] By earthworm composting,it could increase the contents of available nutrient and the number of microorganism.30% cattle manure +70% sludge and 100% litter were the best.
