摘要
世界银行率先在浙江省开展人工纯林改造试点,分期分批将生态效益低下的松杉板栗茶纯林改造为针阔混交、阔竹混交林以及茶阔复合层林。对浙江省林业项目林分的基本情况进行分析,并通过对水环境、土壤环境和生物多样性3方面项目实施后可能产生的环境影响对项目进行评价。5个县的林地经改造后,项目区每年可增加蓄水量918.65万m3,每年可减少水土流失5.05万t,土壤改良效益每年增加571.43万元。只要生态保护措施到位,项目对生态环境的负面影响完全可以在可控制的范围内,项目将具有显著的生态效益。
The World Bank launched the pure plantation project firstly in Zhejiang Province to transform pine,Chinese fir,chestnut and tea pure forest which had low eco-benefits into mixed broadleaf-conifer forest,mixed broadleaf-bamboo-conifer forest and composition system of tea and broadleaf forest in batches.The basic status of forest stands in the forestry projects of Zhejiang Province was analyzed,and then the project was assessed from its possible impact on water environment,soil environment and biodiversity.The transformation of the forests in five counties increased 9.1865 million cubic meters water storage,reduced soil erosion of 50.5 thousand tons,and increased soil conservation of 5.7143 million yuan per year.Therefore,as long as the ecological protection measures were implemented,the negative impacts of the projects on the ecological environment could be controlled,and the project would have significant ecological benefits.
