摘要 目的:探讨磁共振子宫输卵管造影(MR hysterosalpingography,MR-HSG)在女性不孕症诊断中的应用价值。方法:对26例女性不孕患者行常规MRI平扫,注入对比剂后应用Time-Resolved Imaging of Contrast Kinetics(TRICKS)技术行常规增强扫描。结果:23例患者顺利完成MR-HSG检查,子宫、输卵管正常者11例,单侧输卵管阻塞者5例,双侧输卵管阻塞者7例,输卵管阻塞者在腹腔镜下得到证实。结论:宫颈管插入术和宫腔内注入钆喷酸葡胺(Gd-DTPA)注射液进行MR-HSG是可行的,能全面了解子宫、卵巢的情况和输卵管通畅性,为女性不孕症临床诊断提供重要依据。 Objective:To discuss the clinical values of MR hysterosalpigography for the diagnosis of female infertility.Methods:Twenty-six consecutive infertile women underwent MR-HSG:including routine plain MRI and routine contrast enhanced MRI was performed with TRICKS technique.Results:MR-HSG was successfully completed in 23/26 patients with an average study time of 50 min.The uterine cavity was completely visualized and bilateral fallopian tube patency was confirmed by MR-HSG in 11 of 23 patients.5 patients were diagnosed by unilateral fallopian tube occlusion.Bilateral tubal occlusion was diagnosed in 7 patients and was confirmed by laparoscopy.Conclusion:MR-HSG with cervical cannulation and intracavitary gadolinium injection is feasible and allows assessment of the uterus,the fallopian tubes,and extra-uterine pelvic structures,while acquires the significant imagings for female infertility.
