摘要
自主创新能力是一国核心竞争力的源泉。收入分配通过影响需求拉动和供给推动两个方面对我国的自主创新能力产生重要影响;同时在我国普遍存在的寻租活动既强化了收入差距,也直接对自主创新能力产生了负面影响。研究表明,任何试图加强国家自主创新能力的政策措施,都不能忽视收入分配调整这一重要前提。
Independent innovation ability is the source of core competence of a eountry. Income distribution influences our independent innovation through demand and supply; in China generally rent-seeking activities increases the income gap, and also has a negative impact on the capability of independent innovation direefly. The research shows that any policies to develop the capability of independent innovation should not neglect the adjustment of income distribution.
