摘要
建立了快速高分离液相色谱-色谱串联质谱法同时测定海水养殖水体中16种磺胺类抗菌素的方法。水样经固相萃取小柱富集、洗脱、浓缩后用液相色谱串联质谱仪测定,采用多反应监测模式进行测定,内标法定量。方法的检出限在0.467-1.88 ng/L之间,加标回收率在80.1%114%之间,相对标准偏差（RSD）0.731%-8.79%;适用于海水养殖水体中磺胺类残留的定量检测。
A method has been developed for separation and determination of 16 sulfonamides in the aquatic water by rapid resolution liquid chromatography-quadrupole mass spectrometry.Analytes were extracted by using the solid phase extraction cartridges from the aquatic water.And antibiotics were quantified under multiple reaction monitoring（MRM） mode by internal standard method.Limit of detection（LOD） was 0.467 -1.88 ng/L.The average recovery was in the range of 80.1%114% and the relative standard deviations was 0.731%-8.79%.The results show that the established method is suitable for identification and determination of sulfonamides in the aquatic water.
