摘要
将采用类Mexicanhat小波基并进行二进制离散的小波变换,应用于高速柴油机缸内部件中活塞-缸套间隙异常和活塞环胶结两类故障的辨识。结果显示,由于小波变换具有的抑制噪声特性和时-频局部化特性,适用于具有非平稳局部突变性质的柴油机机身振动信号分析,从而可以辨识故障产生与否和故障的类型。
In this paper the measure of wavelet transform,Which is based on the shear - Mexican hat mother wavelet and dyadic system, is used to identify the faults in the assembly of cylinder of highspeed diesel engines. The two acs of faults are (1)abnormal gap between the piston and cylinder, (2)the compressing rings sticking. The results show that the wavelet transform can identify whether there are the faults or there are the different types of faults because the measure of wavelet transform, which is with the properties of eliminating noise and feature of time - frequency localization, is suitable for analyzing the cylinder block vibration signal with non - steady, time - Varying and part transient.
