摘要
长三角作为全球第六大都市圈目前已经成为中国吸引外资最集中的区域之一。通过与世界其他五大都市圈在宏观经济稳定性、国际经济一体化、监管制度、行政效率、技术环境和社会文化等方面进行比较,我们认为长三角必须遵循世界都市圈经济发展规律,构筑国际化的优越投资环境;保持宏观经济稳定发展,避免经济大起大落;制定合理的产业政策,促进产业结构调整和经济可持续发展;转变政府职能,提升政府服务效率。
The Yangtze River Delta,as the sixth largest metropolitan area in the world,has become one of the most concentrated regions in attracting FDI in China.In this paper,the Yangtze River Delta is compared with five metropolitan areas in macroeconomic stability,international economic integration,regulatory system,administrative efficiency,technical environment,social culture and so on.We believe that the Yangtze River Delta Metropolitan Area must follow the laws of the world metropolitan areas development to build favorable international environment for FDI,maintain macroeconomic stability to avoid economic fluctuations,make rational industrial policy to promote industrial restructuring and sustainable economic development,transform government functions and improve efficiency of government services.
