奥拉西坦联合血塞通治疗原发性脑出血临床分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨奥拉西坦联合血塞通治疗原发性脑出血的疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例,用奥拉西坦和血塞通注;对照组40例,用胞磷胆碱钠,应用4周。治疗前后分别进行美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)和MMSE量表检测,2组的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果治疗结束后,治疗组NIHSS评分和MMSE评分较治疗前明显改善;且优于对照组。结论奥拉西坦联合血塞通对原发性脑出血有较好的治疗效果。
