摘要
本文采用琼脂糖、水解淀粉混合凝胶电泳法同时分析血液EsD、PGM1二种酶型。调查了这二种酶的表型分布和基因频率及其识别能力 ,并与不同地区、不同国家和不同民族进行比较研究。
A technique was developed for the multisystem analysis of blood using a mixed agarose、starch gel to type the enzymes EsD and PGM 1.The gene frequencies were calculated.The phenotype frequencies of EsD and PGM 1 were compared not only among the different nationalities but with those reported by other countries.The method is now used routined in our laboratory for blood and is superior for the examiantion of individual identifieation and paternity.The gene frequencies of the population of Changsha China EsD 1 0 6242 PGM 1 1 0 7121.
