摘要
本文收集了 15例经手术 ,临床病理证实的老年性脊柱结核 ,并回顾性地分析其CT影像特征。结果表明 ,老年性脊柱结核椎间盘均有破坏变窄 ,椎体破坏范围广泛且常伴有增生骨质 ,脓肿流柱区易见点状或片状钙化影 ,硬膜囊和脊髓易受压。并对椎体形态 ,椎间盘和附件是否受累 ,椎旁软组织肿块 。
This paper collected 15 cases old aged tuberculosis of spine proved by surgery and clinical pathology,and analyzed retrospectively the CT imaging feature.The results of CT findings were that the intervertebral discs were destroyed and narrowed to all of the old aged tuberculosis of spine,the vertebral body was destroyed extensively and followed by gyperplasia of bone substance,there were small or large calcification spots in the abscess field and compression of the thecal sac and spinal cord.Author had analyzed and discussed the shape of vertebral body involved,any involvement of the disc and accessory parts,presence of abscess formaion and condition of compression of thecal sac and cord.
