摘要 在含水原油的储运过程中采用罐底加热方式,大量的热能被底水吸收,底水温度高于原油温度,造成了对原油的加热效率不高和热能的浪费。应用储油罐内分层加热技术,改变了传统的底部加强方式,实现了罐内原油与底水同温,提高了加热效率和热能利用率。 During the transportation and storage of water-contained oil,the containers were often heated from the bottom However the bottom water had been overheated at the cost of low heating efficiency of oil and a waste of energy. This paper had proposed a new technique which could heat different parts of containers separately so as to balance the temperatures between oil and bottom water and moreover improve the energy efficiency.
