摘要
惠明茶是景宁县重点农业支柱产业之一,县委、县人民政府实施"以茶富民"战略,制订规划,出台茶产业扶持政策,努力做大做强茶产业,以达到农民致富目的。本文阐述了分析了制约夏秋茶生产的成因以及所做的主要工作。
Huiming tea is one of the cornerstone industries in Jingning County,Zhejiang Province.In order to make the peasants be rich,the County Party Committee and Government implemented the strategy of ＂Tea Enriching the People＂;besides,they made plans and introduced policies to support the tea industry,and strive to enlarge and strengthen the industry.This paper discusses the factors restricting the production of tea.
