摘要
研究了三烯丙基异氰尿酸酯改性聚乳酸,并对其进行了红外光谱、DSC、TG、X-射线衍射、热收缩及断裂强力等测试.在130℃时,这种耐热聚乳酸的热收缩率是普通聚乳酸的28.9%,耐热性有了明显改善,聚乳酸的强度有所增加,三烯丙基异氰尿酸酯对聚乳酸改性是化学作用,聚乳酸部分发生交联.
Polylactic acids modified by triaUyl isocyanurate were studied, their relative structure and properties were systematically characterized and compared by FTIR, DSC ,TG, X-ray diffraction, heat shrinkage and breakage strength respectively. At the temperature of 130℃ ,the heat shrinkage of the heat-resistant PLA is 28.9% of general PLA, heat resistance has been improved significantly, triallyl isocyanurate modified on PLA is a chemical reaction,part of polylactic acid crosslinked.
