摘要
针对某国产300 MW亚临界自然循环汽包锅炉启动过程中的汽包应力状态进行了分析计算,计算中采用三维有限元理论,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对汽包所受机械应力、热应力和管道连接部位产生的应力集中进行了计算,并根据计算结果得到汽包在启停过程所受应力最大值所处部位,提出提高汽包使用寿命的方法。
The stress conditions of a 300MW subcritical natural circulation drum boiler were analyzed based on the three-dimensional Finite Element Method. The stress concentration conditions generated by the mechanical stress,thermal stress and the stress caused by pipe connection were simulated used by ANSYS. From the result of analysis, the location of the maximum stress was found and A method on how to prolong life of boiler drum was given.
