摘要
在党的十七届四中全会召开、《中国共产党普通高等学校基层组织工作条例》颁布实行、创先争优活动全面展开的背景下,高校基层党组织建设工作要进一步增强时代性、主动性和系统性,切实把握党建工作基本原则,完善五个基本考评体系,努力提高基层党建工作科学化水平。
Under the convocation of the fourth plenum of the 17th CPC Central Committee,the promulgation of the Grass-roots Party Organization Work Regulations in Regular Higher Learning Institutions and the implementation of striving for the advanced organization and the outstanding individual,it＇s essential for the grass-roots party organization of colleges and universities to enhance contemporary spirit,initiative and creativeness,improve the five basic evaluation systems and promote the scientific level of party construction.
