摘要
总结以药学服务为核心、以客观量化指标为基础、以营运绩效为核心及以GSP为标准的四类药店评价指标体系。从指标体系的构建方法及药店的各项认证标准的不足入手,指出目前各类评价指标体系的不足。提出零售药店应以药品质量管理为核心,从影响药品安全的重要因素、目前GSP认证不足及各省建立的细化标准等方面着手,建立药品店评价指标体系。
The article introduces several kinds of the evaluation index system,including the pharmacy services,operating performance and GSP standards.But they all have shortcomings.In order to promote the evaluation methods and certification standards of the evaluation index system.The author suggest to establish a new evaluation index system.A drug quality management is the important part of it,but it also contains important factors which affect the safety of medicines,the revised GSP which is better than before and some quantization standard.
