摘要
以内燃机气门振动信号经过经验模态分解(EMD)方法得到的固有模态函数的关联维数作为判别因子,建立内燃机气门故障诊断Bayes判别分析模型.以内燃机气门故障诊断Bayes判别分析模型计算判别样品的Bayes判别函数值,以最大对应的总体作为样品所归属的总体.对判别准则进行了评价,检验该判别模型的优良性.研究表明:Bayes判别分析模型回判估计误判率很低,为内燃机气门间隙故障诊断识别提供了一种有效的定量化分析方法.
Bayes discriminant analysis model for fault diagnosis of the internal combustion engine valve is built based on the internal combustion engine valve vibration signal by EMD method,the results abtained the correlation dimension of Intrinsic mode function as the discriminating factors.By bayes discriminant analysis model of internal combustion engine valve fault diagnosis to calculate the Bayes discriminant function value of the discriminant sample,the largest value corresponds to the type as the sample type of valve clearance.and further evaluation criterion to test the superiority of the discriminant model.The research shows that the misjudgement rate of model is slightly low.It's effective and quantificationally analysis method to fault diagnosis of engine valve clearance.
