摘要
职业学校音乐教育必须在现行教育模式的基础上,提倡教育意识的创新和教学方法的创新。首先要解决音乐教师对创新观念的更新问题,其次要把握好创新意识的三大构成,最后要注重三个方面的创新培养。目标是鼓励音乐教师参与人才培养的全过程,发挥音乐教育应有的作用。
The vocational school music education must be based on the current education model,promote innovation of education sense and teaching methods.First of all,to solve problem of update innovative ideas of music teachers,followly,to grasp the three composition of the sense of innovation,the last,to focus on three aspects of innovation culturation.Aim is to encourage music teachers to participate in the whole process of personnel training,to play its due role in music education.
