摘要
以开发汽车音响面板塑料成型模具为例介绍注射成型模具设计与关键成型零件制造过程,包括型腔数量及模架确定、浇注系统设计、推出方式确定及冷却系统设计,重点探讨了成型数万个直径为1.5mm的小孔用型芯加工等难点解决方案,并分析了该模具推广应用前景、经济效益和社会效益。
Taking the design of auto-sound panel injection mould as example,the injection mould design and core parts manufacture process including mold cavity quantity,mould frame,pouring system,extrusion manner,cooling system were introduced.The difficulty project of manufacturing 1.5 mm pinhole core thousands upon thousands was discussed,and the extend application foreground,economy benefit and society benefit about this mould were analysed also.
