摘要
介绍了以5%OV-101色谱柱固定相、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物,用FID检测器对40%异稻？稻瘟灵乳油2种组分的气相色谱分离测定方法。结果表明：异稻瘟净和稻瘟灵的标准偏差分别为0.096、0.129,变异系数分别为0.32%、1.24%,异稻瘟净的回收率为98.94%~101.17%,稻瘟灵的回收率为98.97%~100.45%。
A specific quantitative analysis method for iprobenfos.isoprothiolane 40% EC by GC was reported.The sample was separated in a column packed with 5% OV-101 using dibutyl phthalate as internal standard and detected by flame ionization detector.The results showed that the standard deviation for iprobenfos and isoprothiolane were 0.096 and 0.129,the coefficient of variation were 0.32 and 1.24%,the recoveries were between 98.94-101.17% and 98.97-100.45%.
