摘要
温福铁路浙江段32 m简支箱梁采用移动模架施工,根据施工条件,选择了7种型式各异的移动模架。针对移动模架在开模过孔、纵移走行、支腿转移及底模与内模方面的应用效果进行比较,结果表明:在下行式移动模架中,双导梁结构在安全性、操作性和制梁工效方面均优于单导梁结构;对于上行式移动模架,双主梁结构在整体布局和横向稳定性方面优于单主梁结构。
The 32-m span simply-supported box girders for bridges on the Zhejiang Section of Wenzhou-Fuzhou Railway were constructed by movable shuttering forms.7 types of the different shuttering forms were selected for use in accordance with the construction conditions and the application effect of the forms was compared in aspect of opening of the forms,moving of the forms to the next span,longitudinal shifting and traveling of the forms,transferring of form supports and also the bottom forms and internal forms.The results of the comparison show that for the under-deck traveling form,the safety,operability and girder casting efficiency of the double launching nose structure are superior to those of the single launching nose structure while for the deck traveling form,the global arrangement and transverse stability of the double launching nose structure are superior to those of the single launching nose structure.
