摘要
黄河小浪底环境监测信息系统(XLDEIS) 是根据小浪底水利枢纽工程建设和运行中环境管理的要求,在库区监测站网、施工期施工影响区、移民安置区获得的大量环境监测资料的基础上建立起来的基于计算机网络的信息系统。该系统实现了小浪底环境监测信息处理的现代化、智能化、信息化,提高了监测资料的利用率和实用性。
Xiaolangdi environmental monitoring information system is set up according to the requirements of the environmental management during construction and operation of the Xiaolangdi Project. It is an information system of computer network based on a great deal of the data obtained from the monitoring stations in the reservoir area, construction influenced area and the resettlement area. The system enables the information processing for the Xiaolangdi environment to realize modernization, informatization and intellectualization, raises the utilization rate and practicality of monitoring data and provides the basis for environmental management decision making in the reservoir area and the relevant areas. Key words: environmental monitoring, information system, Xiaolangdiing Institute of Technology) Abstract:Aimed at the hydraulic shift clutch universally adopted in transmission device of power shift for vehicles this paper analyzed and studied the drag torque produced under the disengaging state of shift clutch,discussed the influences upon drae torque offected by speed difference of rotation,temperature and flow rate of lubrication oil and the adoption of saucer shaped steel plates.
