摘要
目的:通过对乳酸脱氢酶及a-羟丁酸脱氢酶的数值变化,筛查早期白血病及对急性白血病的诊断提供依据,并对预后做出评估。方法:采用全自动生化分析仪测定80例门诊、住院患者(非白血病组)及70例急性白血病患者于初发/复发(primary/recurrence group)、完全缓解(CR)时血清中乳酸脱氢酶(sLDH)和a-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)的水平,筛查白血病,及与对照组进行比较分析。结果:非白血病组筛查出2例白血病,AL患者的血清LDH及HBDH水平在初发/复发组比对照组和CR组活性升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清LDH及HBDH活性升高有助于急性白血病诊断并对急性白血病病情变化做出评估。
Objective:By lactate dehydrogenase and a-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase values change,the early screening of acute leukemia and provide the basis for the diagnosis of leukemia,and to assess prognosis.Methods:80 cases of outpatient,inpatient(nonAL group) and 70 cases of acute leukemia(acute leukemia,AL),The serum levels of LDH and HBDH in primary/recurrence group,CR group of acute leukemia were tested by means of full automated biochemistry analyzer and compared with control group.Results:Screening out non-group 2 cases of leukemia leukemia,The LDH and HBDH levels increased,in the primary/recurrence acute leukemia group.There were differences in LDH and HBDH levels among the primary/recurrence group,the control group and the CR group(P〈0.05).Conclusion: The LDH and HBDH levels increased,in patients with acute leukemia.This is helpful to diagnose correctly and an assessment of changes in conditions of acute leukemia.
