Cu与模拟酸雨复合污染对酸模生理生化特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用盆栽方法研究了Cu(0~1 500 mg/kg)和酸雨(pH为2.5~5.6)复合污染对酸模(Rumex aceto-saL.)生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,随着土壤Cu浓度和酸雨强度的增加,酸模的生物量和叶绿素含量逐渐下降;酸模根和地上部Cu的积累量都随土壤Cu浓度的增大而增加,分布规律为根>茎叶,且酸雨能促进酸模对Cu的吸收;酸模叶中丙二醛含量(MDA)随Cu含量和酸雨强度的增大而增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性分别在Cu浓度为6 000 mg/kg和10 000 mg/kg范围内呈现上升趋势,表现出较强的适应能力,在高Cu浓度范围内酶活性下降,且酸雨能促进MDA含量和抗氧化酶活性的变化。从生理生化指标的反应可以看出,酸模对Cu和酸雨有很强的耐受能力,在酸雨地区Cu污染土壤的修复中具有很好的应用潜力。 Effect of Cu and artificial acid rain on the physiological and biochemical characteristics in Rumex acetosa L.were studied with the pot experiments.The results showed that under the complex pollution with Cu(0~1 500 mg/kg)and acid rain(pH=2.5~5.6),the biomass and the chlorophyll contents of R.acetosa L.decreased with increasing Cu concentrations,acid rain acidity or both.The Cu accumulation in R.acetosa L.was increased gradually,the orderliness of Cu distributes within R.acetosa L.was: root stem and leaf,and exposure to acid rain with low pH could promote the Cu uptake in R.acetosa L.The malonaldehyde(MDA) content in R.acetosa L.leaves was gradually increased with the increase of the Cu and acid rain stress.The superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) activity displayed the rising trend within 6 000 mg/kg and 10 000 mg/kg respectively,and exhibited good adaptability.The activity of both the two enzyme were decreased gradually within high Cu concentration,and the acid rain could promote the changes of the MDA content and the peotective enzymes.The index reports out from physiology and biochemistry: R.acetosa L.has strong adaptive ability to Cu and acid rain and could be a good plant for the remedation of Cu contaminated soil in acid rain areas.
