摘要
利用多物品拍卖相关理论,建立了牌照拍卖的3个理论模型,分析了"0801"调整前后牌照拍卖理论模型的适用性,讨论了调整后牌照竞拍者的出价策略;对调整前后的最低成交价以及影响最低成交价的因素进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:拍卖规则调整对价格产生了一定影响,但牌照额度的最低成交价没有显著的不同;另外,历次的牌照额度数量与投标人数对最低成交价的相关性不显著。
Based on the multi-unit auction theory,three particular models are proposed for different auction methods,include Discriminatory Auction（DA）,Uniform-Price Auction（UPA）,and Simultaneous Ascending Auction（SAA）,the feasibility before and after the adjustment of the models is discussed,the bid policy is deduced for license bidder after the adjustment,the impact on the lowest transaction price and the factors are studied.It is found that the lowest transaction price is not significant difference before and after the rules adjustment,that is the impaction on price of the auction rules adjustment,and it is also showed that the lowest transaction price is not related significantly to the number of license and bidders.
