摘要
目的为了加强实验动物的福利建设,针对目前灵长类实验动物生产单位的猴舍冬季保暖方式的局限性,本文详细介绍了一种猴舍自动控温的动物栖息装置系统。方法本套系统采用的是逆卡诺循环原理,以空气能热泵热水器作为供热源,将热水通过热镀锌铁管输入每间猴房,既能直接散热,又能作为猴子攀爬跳跃的嬉戏架。结果因为散热管网的水温温度保持在40℃左右,天冷时猴群基本上白天都喜欢呆在供热管上玩耍,而晚上则都蹲挤在供热管上睡觉。猴群的体况在冬季都能保持和平时一致。与上一年度相比,猴群的发病率和死亡率有明显的降低;而出生率和繁殖存活率也有所提高。结论本套装置系统具有丰富灵长类实验动物活动的空间层次、恒温可调和自动控制的特点,经过实测该系统具有供暖效果好、工作效率高、环保、节约人力和物力的显著优势。
Objective To improve the animal welfare and overcome the limitations of warming methods used in non-human primate laboratory animals,this article introduces an automatic system for warming monkey house.Methods This system uses a reverse Carnot cycle principle,makes air heat pump water heater as a heating source,inputs hot water through galvanized iron pipes to each monkey room.On one hand,it can directly dissipateheat.On the other hand,it can be treated as a jumping climbing frame for monkeys.Results Because the temperature of the facility was kept at about 40℃ in winter,monkeys are used to playing and sleeping on it.The morbidity and mortality are significantly decreased compared with the same season of last years.Meanwhile,the natality and survival are increased.Conclusion This automatic system is dimentional levels,temperature constant and controllable.As it is observed,there are obvious advantages,such as effective warming,high efficiency,environmental protection,and resources saving.
