摘要
中国旅游高等教育在取得显著成绩的同时,仍然存在一些问题,其中的一些悖论现象是值得我们关注和深入研究的。从人才需求与人才培养模式、学校规模化扩张与师资队伍和教材建设、旅游业发展与学生的专业认可度和行业内就业等方面分析了中国旅游高等教育中的一些悖论现象及其产生的原因,并在此基础上提出一些对策。
There are some problems along with great achievements in tourism higher education.Of the problems,some paradoxical phenomena are worth paying close attention and researching deeply.This paper analyzes these paradoxical phenomena,gives reasons and puts forward some countermeasures from the demand of talented persons and the teaching model of talented persons,the rapid expansion of tourism higher education and the construction of teachers and textbooks,the development of tourism and students＇ approval of tourism major and working in tourism industry.
