摘要
在整合随机前沿模型和知识生产函数的基础上构建产业能源消费模型,以高技术产业数据进行实证研究。将影响高技术产业能源消费的技术因素分解为:技术创新、资本技术深化、劳动技术深化和技术效率等4个因素。实证结果表明,劳动因素是高技术产业能源消费的主要因素,技术在资本和劳动之间的扩散效果较弱。高技术产业节约能源消费可从对职工的培训以及打破技术壁垒入手。
Based on synthesize the advantages of stochastic frontier analysis and knowledge production function the article designs the energy consumption model. Then the article makes an empirical study after classified the sub-industries of high-tech industry.The technology factors has been resolved to technology innovation,technology deepening of capital,technology deepening of labor and technology efficiency.The result shows that labor is the most important factor of high-tech industrial energy consumption.The diffusion of technology in capital and labor is weak.So economizing the energy consumption of high-tech industry can start with training workers and breaking the technology barrier.
