摘要喉罩是麻醉过程中常用的气道管理工具，具有操作简单、对气道刺激小、术后并发症少等优点，已成功用于腹腔镜手术患者。喉管是新近发明的气道管理工具，带有食道封闭套囊的咽部封闭器，提供有通向食道的径路，可以最大限度降低误吸风险，
