政务信息资源整合和共享是当前和未来中国电子政务的战略重点和建设热点。分析了政务信息资源的特点和政务信息资源管理面临的难题;提出了政务信息资源组织管理解决方案——目录体系平台;分析了目录体系平台中的用户需求;构建了目录体系平台系统结构;设计了目录体系平台中的主要功能模块。
Government information resources integration and sharing is current and future China＇s e-government strategy focus and building hot spots.This paper analyzes the characteristics of government information resources and management facing challenges.It proposes a solution of government information resources organization and management the directory system platform.It analyzes the user requirements of the director system platform.It builds the directory system platform structure,and designs the director system platform main functional modules.
