摘要
目的:研究用麻杏石甘汤、小陷胸汤、射干麻黄汤组成的麻杏陷胸汤,对小儿肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证的近期疗效。方法:选取2006年6月～2009年10月我院儿科住院病人,随机分为治疗组150例、对照组120例,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用麻杏陷胸汤,对照组单纯西医治疗,观察72小时后发热、咳嗽、痰壅改善情况。结果:72小时后,治疗组显效率为34.67%,有效率为57.33%;对照组显效率为32.5%,有效率为42.5%。X2检验X2=11.313,P<0.05,二者有极其显著的差异。结论:本方是治疗肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证有效的方剂,对改善患儿的发热、咳嗽、痰壅有更为快捷的疗效。
Objective：To inspect recent curative effect of infantile pneumonia pant cough phlegmy heat closed lung treated by Maxingxianxiong Tang composed of Maxingshigan Tang,Xiaoxianxiong Tang and Shenganmahuang Tang. Method：Selected pediatric hospital patients from June 2006 to October 2009,and randomly divided into the treatment group of 150 cases and control group of 120 cases. The patients of the control group were cured purely with west medicine. Based on the control group,the patients of the treatment group were cured by adding Maxingxianxiong Tang. After 72 hours,the following symptoms such as fever,cough and sputum were surveyed. Result：For the treatment group,significant efficiency 34.67%,effective rate 57.33%. For the control group,significant efficiency for 32.5 %,effective rate 42.5%. X2 Inspection X2= 11.313,P=0.05,there exists extremely significant difference. Conclusion：Maxingxianxiong Tang is valid for infantile pneumonia pant cough phlegmy heat closed lung,and improve the symptoms of fever,cough and sputum quickly.
