摘要
对用膜分散-溶剂萃取法制备单分散聚苯乙烯纳米球进行了研究.结果表明:微孔膜孔径是控制PS微球粒径的关键因素,膜孔径尺寸越大,PS微球粒径越大.PS微球尺寸与膜孔径之间的倍数因子由分散相液滴与连续相之间的接触角大小决定.在微孔膜孔径固定时,PS溶液浓度对PS粒径有一定影响,PS微球粒径随PS溶液浓度的增加而增大.研究获得了粒径约为20~80nm的单分散聚苯乙烯(PS)纳米球,并用粒度分析仪、原子力显微镜、透射电子显微镜和红外光谱对其进行了表征分析.
Membrane dispersion-solvent extraction method was used to prepare monodisperse polystyrene(PS) nanometer spheres.It was found that membrane pore size was a critical factor for size controlling.The size of PS microspheres increased with the enlargement of membrane pore size.The multiplier between the size of PS microspheres and membrane pore depended on the engage angle of disperse phase drop and continuous phase.Moreover,size of PS microspheres increased with the increment of PS solution concentration when membrane pore size was selected.A type of monodisperse polystyrene nanometer spheres about 20~80 nm was prepared.Atom force microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and infrared spectrum analysis were applied to characterize the PS nanometer spheres.
