摘要
目的定量检测香丹注射液中的细菌内毒素。方法采用动态浊度法鲎试验,检测样品中的细菌内毒素,并与凝胶法结果进行比较。结果香丹注射液在稀释16倍时干扰细菌内毒素的检查,而在稀释32倍时则无干扰作用;所测样品的细菌内毒素含量均小于10 EU·mL-1,与凝胶法结果一致。结论动态浊度法鲎试验可用于定量检测香丹注射液中的细菌内毒素浓度。
Objective To determine bacterial endotoxins in Xiangdan injection（XI） quantitatively.Methods Kinetic turbidimetric limulus test was applied to detect bacterial endotoxins in XI,the results of which were compared with those of gel-clot limulus test.Results XI obviously interfered with the test for bacterial endotoxins when diluted by 16 times,but not at 32 times.The contents of bacterial endotoxins in all samples were less than 10 EU·mL-1,which were in accordance with the results of gel-clot limulus test.Conclusion Kinetic turbidimetric limulus test can be used to determine bacterial endotoxins in XI quantitatively.
