摘要
战略环境影响评价制度的实施为可持续发展目标及政府决策提供了技术支持。总结了我国战略环境影响评价在应用中的探索与成果,分析了战略环境影响评价发展存在的问题,并提出了相应对策。
The implementation of strategic environmental impact assessment system provides technical support for the sustainable development objectives and government policy decision.The exploration and achievements in the application of strategic environmental impact assessment are summarized.The problems are analyzed,and the countermeasures are put forward.
