摘要 日本广泛应用的草莓高架袋栽模式为对照,以草莓品种丰香为材料,设计了一种草莓高架栽培槽,研究了2种不同栽培模式对草莓营养生长、生理特性以及果实产量和风味品质的影响。研究结果表明,高架栽培槽模式下的草莓平均单果质量、果实总产量及品质均与对照差异不显著,而其果实成熟期比对照提早了8 d,前期产量(1~3月产量之和)提高了3.5%,且因栽培槽设有营养液回流装置,节约了资源,降低了土壤污染及棚室湿度,具有更高的经济效益及环保价值。 In order to find appropriate cultivation mode for strawberry soilless culture,one kind of elevated cultivation groove(named T1) was designed that the groove was placed on a frame which was at 1 meter high from the ground.The elevated cultivation bag(named T2) that the cultivation bag was placed on a frame which was at 1 meter high from the ground was taken as the control which has been widely used in Japan.With the strawberry cultivar Fengxiang as the material,effects of cultivation on vegetative growth,physiological characteristics,yield and quality of strawberry was investigated.The results showed that T1 and T2 had no significant effect on strawberry's mean weight,total yield and fruit quality.However,the date of fruit maturity was 8 days earlier,and also its total yield in January,February and March was 3.5% higher than T2.Furthermore,T1 is equipped with the nutrient solution backflow installment,so it can save resources and reduce pollution of soil.In a word,the elevated cultivation groove has higher economic effectiveness and better environmental protection.
